Click on the product image and you will be transferred to the product description page. On the product description page, click the 'Add to Cart' button.
To view the contents of your cart, click on the cart icon on the upper-right corner of your computer or mobile screen. Once you click on this icon, you can easily change the quantity of a particular item in your cart by entering your desired quantity in the field provided. You can also remove any item in your cart by clicking the 'x' button.
Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, click on the cart icon on the upper-right corner of the screen, on the cart page click on the “Checkout” button. You will then be transferred to our secure server for order confirmation and payment.
We accept payments via Paypal for Credit Card transactions and MOLPay (FPX) for bank transfers.
For items that are sold out, click on the product image and you will be transferred to the product description page. On the product description page, enter your email in the box provided and click the 'Email Me' button. An email will be sent straight to your inbox if the item you wish to purchase has been restocked.
Typically, processing time of orders for items that are made-to-order will take longer than items that are ready stocked, this will be stated in the product description page. Defective or damaged items may be returned for a full/partial refund or an exchange. Please read our Returns Policy on our shipping & returns page.
